I remember Grainger Market when I lived in England for 6 years..Sunderland is where my ex lives..we lived in Yeovil as a couple. I miss everything about England except for the weather. But, its actually getting better with global warming...not that I want the planet to burn up! lol!
yes the weather has definitely gone a bit mad, we have had very hot rain for nearly a week now!

The carving is on the side of the door of St Mary's Cathedral, I haven't managed to find out who it actually is!
